One office,
one time zone of trust.
Together in Austin for the teams based there,
fully remote for roles marked remote.
- Austin, TX Headquarters. Engineering, data science, media and client strategy, just east of downtown.
- Remote (US) Roughly half the company. Same comp bands, same equity, no proximity penalty on promotion.
- Together, quarterly Everyone flies in four times a year for planning week, on the company.
